Some Examples of Our Work
Balcony Renovation, St Ives

We recently renovated an old, neglected balcony in May. The railing was dangerously loose in parts, and the decking was unsafe to walk on. We dismantled it down to the beams, replaced some of the joists, laid new decking boards, and installed a new railing that complements the style of the house. Now, the owner can finally enjoy breakfast again on the balcony, right next to the lush bushes.

Gable Redesign, North Epping
The owner wasn't happy with the old gable on the front of the house, so they attached a photo and asked if the alteration could be done. Naturally, this challenge was no problem at all. We extended the roof outward and moved the gable closer to the wall. As you can see in the attached photo, the house now has a new, more elegant and attractive look. And not to forget, the living room now gets much more light.
New Deck on Mount Colah
The owner previously removed the old, rotten deck. I built a smaller, more beautiful deck in its place. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and a book.
Little Backyard on Bondi
The lady's long-time dream came true when she finally moved into her Bondi apartment. The backyard was overgrown with bushes and quite a mess. After clearing the area, we enclosed it with a fence and added a daybed to make the yard cozy and inviting.
New Tiny Roof on Beecroft
We replaced an old rusty roof along with its edges and gutters in Beecroft.

Skylight in Lane Cove
With this brand new skylight, a lot more light now enters the bedroom. Thanks to the motorized opening and shading, you can control the airflow and the incoming light with a remote at any time of the day.
